Region History Fair

On March 2nd Bailee went to Region History Fair at Snow College. To qualify to go to Region you had to place on the school level. They gad a blast. She did not win at region but it was a good learning experience for next year if she makes it again.

After they all presented their projects we had to kill 3 hours before the awards ceremony so we took all of the kids to the bowling alley. They went over to McDonalds and ate lunch and then came over and bowled and played at the arcade. I did not get any pics of them bowling but here are a few of the arcade.

Basketball 2012

Basketball season was rough this year. This is Bailee's second year playing basketball and she loves it but she has a lot to learn. I am no help because I never played basketball and have no idea how to play. We had a cute little team this year but they had a rough go. We never won a single game. Not only did we lose but we lost by around 20 points most of the time. But we were great little defenders and the other teams had to work hard to get their balls past us. Even though they always lost they still had a good time and were good friends to eachother. We ended up getting the sportsmanship award at the end of the season because our kids never threw fits and got mad even though they were always losing. They did not act the way a lot of the other kids acted. (And some of the other teams acted horrible) Even though we were a losing team she wants to play again, hopefully getting better!
